Shina Rambo (born in 1958) is a former bandit and armed robbery kingpin who terrorised SouthWest Nigeria in the 1990s. He was born in Abeokuta, Ogun State. He was a fetishist and believed in rituals and human sacrifices. He later became a pastor after he was released from prison during Olusegun Obasanjo's regime and afterwards he preached the Gospel. The police may still be wondering that the same man they claimed to have killed been a long time ago is still alive.
According to him on a programme featured on Fresh Fm anchored by Fakunle Makinde, he noted that he has come home with his maker, quoting 2 corinthians 5:5-7 which says now the one who has fashioned us for this very purpose is God, who has given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. 6 Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. He said further that he has changed his name from Shina Rambo to Evangelist Oluwanifise Mattew and urged the Youths to Shun violence at the same time embrace God who is our saviour
