The Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria (FTAN) has reiterated its commitment to promoting tourism as a major driver of Nigeria's economic growth and sustainable development.
The association stressed that the tourism sector has enormous potential to create jobs, attract local and foreign investments, boost small and medium-sized enterprises, and generate significant revenue for the country.

The association further called on governments at all levels, stakeholders, and private investors to collaborate in positioning Nigeria as a leading tourism destination in Africa.
FTAN expressed optimism that with sustained investment and proper implementation of tourism-friendly policies, the sector can become a powerful catalyst for inclusive economic growth, national development, and employment generation.
