VENO tv: Popular Actor Ogogo, Olalekan Oba, Tayo Rasaq Shine at Treasure2 Residence Unveiling in Abijo GRA, Lekki

Nollywood veteran actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, alongside Hon. Olalekan Biliamin Oba, Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Social Development, and other notable personalities, added glamour and prestige to the grand unveiling of Treasure2 Residence, a housing development by Jemras Homes, located in Abijo GRA, Lekki.
The high-profile event, which also featured the official handover of keys to new homeowners, attracted stakeholders in the real estate sector, industry players, and prospective investors. Guests were treated to a lively atmosphere that blended entertainment, culture, and real estate excellence.
As brand ambassador for the project, Ogogo brought celebrity appeal to the ceremony, warmly engaging guests and further boosting the market visibility of the development.
Speaking during the launch, the CEO of Jemras Homes, Mr. Tayo Rasaq, described the project as a major milestone for the company. According to him, Treasure2 Residence consists of 12 fully finished two-bedroom apartments, carefully designed to offer comfort, functionality, and modern living.
He stated that for Jemras Homes, real estate is not merely about erecting buildings, but about helping clients move confidently into new phases of their lives with peace of mind and security. He also expressed appreciation to clients for the trust they have placed in the company, assuring them of Jemras Homes’ continued commitment to quality, integrity, and lasting relationships.
Rasaq further revealed that Jemras Nigeria Ltd. has recorded significant growth within a short period, having successfully delivered over four major building projects, including a shopping mall. He added that the company has already commenced another large-scale commercial development at United Estate, Sangotedo, along the Lekki-Epe Expressway.

Also speaking at the event, Hon. Olalekan Biliamin Oba reiterated the Lagos State Government’s commitment to supporting the real estate sector. He noted that ongoing efforts to simplify regulations and create an enabling environment for developers are part of deliberate moves to address the housing deficit in the state.
He added that the administration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu will continue to strengthen policies that encourage housing development and expand opportunities in the property market.
