A strong warning has been issued to politician Nafiu Bala as tensions continue to rise over actions and statements perceived as divisive and capable of destabilizing the nation.
Bishop Dr. Sanya Ojo, speaking under the VENO tv platform, has called on Nafiu Bala to urgently tender a public apology to Nigerians, stressing that leadership must be guided by responsibility, unity, and national interest—not actions that could ignite unrest.
According to the cleric,
“Nigeria is a fragile entity that must not be toyed with. Any attempt, directly or indirectly, to incite crisis or create division is unacceptable. This is a time for peace, not provocation.”
He further warned that any act capable of ‘burning the country’ must be halted immediately, urging all political actors to prioritize the stability and progress of Nigeria above personal or partisan gains.
Bishop Ojo concluded with a call for calm among citizens, encouraging Nigerians to remain law-abiding while leaders take responsibility for their words and actions.
