As part of urgent security measures, the governor has ordered the closure of all vulnerable schools until further notice. This decision, according to government sources, is aimed at safeguarding the lives of students and staff while security agencies intensify efforts to rescue abducted victims and tighten surveillance across rural communities.
Governor Bago reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to securing the state, stressing that no child’s education should become a pathway to danger.
